Wileman were recently back on site with the installation of new flumes & pipework at Springfield Farm Quarry, Beaconsfield.
The upgrade provided a walkway for easy access to the stone basket above the existing sand & water collecting sump. The new stone basket was designed to wheel away to the side for easy removal of any stones which may collect within it from the two vibrating screens above.
This latest work done by Wileman adds to the continued improvements implemented over the last three years by the quarry to improve an aging washing plant. Previously Wileman were involved in the installation of a Wileman 2M Diametre x 4M long scrubber barrel, replacing an old Pegson barrel plus the replacement of a nest of worn out chutes under the existing screens.
