New Wileman Plant for Ricketts

Matthew Joyce, Managing Director of Wileman Engineers Ltd hands over their latest installation to Bruce Jack, Quarry Manager of HD Ricketts Ltd, Weeford Quarry, Staffordshire, England.

The new plant consists of a new Hewitt Robins 1.2M wide x 3M long dry grading Screen on support structure with transfer chutes to a 6-10mm stocking conveyor and 10-20mm radial stocking conveyor. The plant was commissioned on the 15th July exactly one week after the start of installation.  The system replaced a tired Finlay mobile plant and can now provide larger capacity stocks with the ability to produce a 6-20mm stocking size to the radial conveyor using a diverter door.
