Wileman have had a busy few months installing a crushing & screening plant for Hanson Aggregates at their Barton Under Needwood site in Staffordshire. A major supplier of sand and gravel in the area Hanson asked Wileman to replace a mobile unit with a more cost effective static plant. The new system incorporates a Terex Automax 1000 to crush the gravels to ultimately a -10mm product & an HRI 1.2M wide x 4.2 DD screen to provide the separation to feed an existing Powerscreen plant. The complete plant some of which was second hand was designed & installed by Wileman Engineers Ltd.
