Following the successful installation of the Wileman 2M4 Scrubber barrel 18 months ago the management at Springfield Farm Quarry Beaconsfield contracted Wileman Engineers Ltd to replace the nest of chutes under their 1.5Mx6M double deck screen together with new guarding requirements for the takeaway conveyors.
The contract involved a full measure up, redesign of material flows to improve efficiency of the 6-10mm material collection, manufacture and successful replacement within the stipulated time of 6 days. Also during this period the screen was rebuilt with new deck frames and screening media.
The new installed chutes fully lined with rubber and stepped ladders to reduce wear.
This is a another example of the bespoke design & installation offered by Wileman Engineers Ltd.
